Using Dynamic Scroll and Middle Mouse Flythrough
Introduction
Synapse provides the ability to rapidly and smoothly scroll through a series using Dynamic Scroll-Rapid, Dynamic-Scroll-Standard, Dynamic Scroll-Precision, or middle mouse flythrough. While the Dynamic Scroll-Standard and Dynamic Scroll-Rapid options can skip images, Dynamic-Scroll-Precision and middle mouse flythrough do not skip images. Reference lines are disabled while you are using Dynamic Scroll; when scrolling stops, updated references lines display. Dynamic Scroll-Standard is the default option for middle button drag.
Steps

Select a series and do one of the following:
If you want to do this...
Complete these steps...
Use Dynamic Scroll-Rapid, Dynamic Scroll- Standard, or Dynamic Scroll-Precision.
- Click and hold the mouse wheel. The cursor will hide, unless you're using the zero viewer.
- Move the mouse forward and back.
Use middle mouse flythrough.
- Click the mouse wheel and release
immediately. Synapse sets an anchor point and displays
a double arrow:
- Synapse displays an up arrow when you move the mouse above the anchor point and a down arrow when you move the mouse below the anchor point.
- Press any key on the keyboard or click the image with the mouse to exit the middle mouse flythrough mode.
Note: The further away the single arrow is from area of the image you initially clicked, Synapse scrolls faster through the images.
