Series Picker Overview

Introduction

Series Picker can contain series thumbnails of current and prior studies. These thumbnails are .jpg representations of the DICOM images.

From the Series Picker, you can do the following:

  • View series content for any individual study you select from the Series Picker Studylist.
  • View the name of the series in the Series Picker thumbnail.
  • Toggle the view of series images to display in either an expanded or collapsed mode
  • Double-click a series thumbnail to open the Series Viewer (a single-frame, pop-up Viewer).
  • Double-click a color series to open the color series on a color monitor in the Series Viewer (based on User Settings and whether a color monitor is included in your workstation).

Note:

  • The Worklist includes non-displayable images in the image count, but the Viewer does not display non-displayable images.
  • The image count includes segmentations.
