Retrieving Studies Configured for Enhanced Display
Introduction
Synapse provides you with the ability to retrieve studies that are disabled (grayed out) on an initial load, from an external server configured for Enhanced Display.
Note: |
|
Prerequisites
COMMONVIEW for an Enhanced Display datasource must be configured in the SWAT settings. See your System Administrator.
About this Task
If Autocompare is configured, studies that have not yet been retrieved will not be considered by the Autocompare rules until studies are retrieved and the Viewer is refreshed.
Note: |
If you open a DicomSCU series with multiple sections that can be separately volumized but the sections are not already split, a dialog box opens where you can select specific sections to volumize. |
Steps
- Open a home study or a study on the home datasource. This study should have priors that are stored on the datasource configured for the enhanced display.
-
Do one of the following:
- In PowerJacket, double click a grayed out study or right-click and select Retrieve Study.
- In the Viewer Study List Grid, double click a grayed out study. When studies have fully loaded and are ready for display, they are no longer grayed out.
Results
Once studies are retrieved they are no longer grayed out and should be selectable.
