Exporting a Key Image to PowerScribe

Introduction

Synapse supports the export of JPEG images directly from the Viewer to an open PowerScribe report.

You can select images or use the focused image from the current study. Images can include text overlays and annotations.

Synapse exports the following study information:

• Accession number
• Series Number
• Series UID
• Instance Number
• Instance UID
• File name

Prerequisite

Open the PowerScribe report for the current study to enable the Export Key Image option in the image context menu.

Steps

1. Right-click the image to display the image context menu.
2. Select Export/Print > Export Key Image or click .

Results

The exported image displays in the PowerScribe report.
