Configuring MR Series Options
Introduction
For an MR series, you can configure the DICOM Echo and Temporal Position Indicator (TPI) series as separate or combined series.
Steps
- To access User Settings, do one of the following:

- Choose the options in the MR Series panel:

Separate images of the same series into multiple series groups using the DICOM Echo tag.
Select the Separate images by echo number check box.
Separate images of the same series into multiple series groups using the DICOM TPI tag.
Select the Separate images by temporal position indicator check box.
Separate a MR series into separate image sequences to ensure the sequences have uniform spacing and direction.
Select theSeparate images into multiple series by image continuity check box.
Results
Synapse automatically saves any updated options and displays the following message in the bottom left corner of the window: Successfully saved.
Synapse displays the following message to alert you that an action must be taken for the settings to apply: Refresh the Synapse browser window for settings to apply.
